Wilderra Tacos

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Wilderra Ground Beef Blend, thawed

2 tsp Wilderra Mexican seasoning*

8 small tortillas (corn or flour)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 tomato, diced

½ cup shredded cheddar or Mexican-style cheese

Salsa (optional)

* Chilli Powder, Ground Cumin, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Oregano, Black Pepper.


METHOD:

Cook the Filling: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the Wilderra Ground Beef Blend and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned (about 6–8 minutes).

Season: Stir in taco seasoning and cook for 1–2 minutes until well coated and fragrant.

Warm Tortillas: Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.

Assemble: Spoon the seasoned meat into tortillas and top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and salsa.
