Cooking Instructions

01 - THAW

Thaw as you would regular ground beef: overnight in the refrigerator, or in cold water a few hours before cooking.

02 - PREP

Use just like ground beef in burgers, meatballs, sauces, tacos, bowls, and more.

For burgers & meatballs:

No binder needed. The mushrooms in our blend help hold everything together,so you can shape and cook as-is.

03 - COOK

Cook over medium heat, breaking apart as needed if serving as ground.

04 - DONENESS

Cook thoroughly for the best texture and flavor. We recommend avoiding medium or rare. The mushrooms need some extra time.

05 - MOISTURE & TEXTURE

No need to worry about drying it out — the mushrooms help retain moisture, keeping every bite juicy, tender and delicious.
