Where Our Mushrooms Come From
Our organic mushrooms are grown in Monterey County, California, in the coastal town of Moss Landing. The region’s steady ocean breeze and cooling coastal fog create an ideal environment for mushroom cultivation.
The farm combines time-honored growing methods with modern technology to produce consistently high-quality, certified organic mushrooms.

OYSTER MUSHROOMS
Oyster mushrooms are elegant, fan-shaped mushrooms with a mild, versatile flavor often described as subtly woodsy. SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS
Shiitake mushrooms feature rounded brown caps with delicate white gills and are among the most widely enjoyed mushrooms worldwide.
