Wilderra Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Wilderra Ground Beef Blend, thawed

1 tsp Wilderra Italian Seasoning*

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

*Salt, pepper, basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, fennel seed

*Basil, Oregano, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Parsley, Fennel Seed, Salt, Black Pepper.


METHOD:

Preheat” Heat oven to 400°F or heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil.

Mix: In a bowl, gently combine the Wilderra Ground Beef Blend, Italian Blend Seasoning and Parmesan (if using). Mix until combined

Form Meatballs: Roll into 1½-inch meatballs (about 16 total).

Oven: Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, until cooked through.

Skillet: Cook, turning occasionally, for 8–10 minutes until browned on all sides and fully cooked.

Serve: Enjoy on their own, with pasta and sauce, or as an appetizer.
