Wilderra Burgers

INGREDIENTS
1 lb Wilderra Ground Beef Blend, thawed
2 tsp Wilderra House Seasoning*
4 burger buns
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 tomato, sliced
Lettuce leaves
Onion, thinly sliced in rings
Ketchup (or condiment of choice)
1 tbsp olive oil or oil of choice (for cooking)
*Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, Salt, Black Pepper.
METHOD:
Preheat & Prep: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Prepare toppings by slicing the tomato and onion and washing the lettuce.
Season the Patties: In a bowl, gently mix the Wilderra Ground Beef Blend with the Wilderra House Blend Seasoning until just combined.
Form Patties: Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into burger patties.. Lightly oil the patties to prevent sticking to grill.
Grill: Place patties on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. In the final 30 seconds of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt and toast the buns on the grill.
Assemble & Serve: Build the burgers on the toasted buns with lettuce, tomato, onion, and ketchup. Serve immediately.
