Ground Beef CousCous

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Wilderra Ground Beef Blend

  • 2 bell peppers diced

  • 1 red onion

  • 1 tomato diced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Basil

  • Sauce of choice

  • 1.5 cups couscous (we use BoostCous for gluten-free & extra protein)


METHOD:

  1. Cook the cous cous according to the package

  2. On a skillet, heat the oil on medium heat. Add the onion and cook till softened, about 3 minutes.

  3. Add the Wilderra Ground Beef Blend and break it apart, season with paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Stir in the diced tomato and bell peppers. Cook for 3 to 5 more minutes.

  5. Serve over the cous cous with basil and your favorite sauce
