Ground Beef CousCous

INGREDIENTS
1 lb Wilderra Ground Beef Blend
2 bell peppers diced
1 red onion
1 tomato diced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Basil
Sauce of choice
1.5 cups couscous (we use BoostCous for gluten-free & extra protein)
METHOD:
Cook the cous cous according to the package
On a skillet, heat the oil on medium heat. Add the onion and cook till softened, about 3 minutes.
Add the Wilderra Ground Beef Blend and break it apart, season with paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Stir in the diced tomato and bell peppers. Cook for 3 to 5 more minutes.
Serve over the cous cous with basil and your favorite sauce
